Return Policy: Exchanges will be granted for items which are damaged upon arrival of shipment only; no refunds will be awarded. All returns for damaged goods must be postmarked for shipment to our headquarters within 15 days of the original postage date on which the package was shipped to the buyer. The cost of return shipping will be refunded to buyer via Paypal upon receipt of the product. Shipping costs will be refunded at a maximum amount of $2.00 per compact disc, regardless of the buyer's chosen shipping method. No refund amount will be awarded for packaging; it is suggested that buyers return their damaged product in the packaging in which it was it received in order to eliminate these costs.
